Primary job responsibility will be to organize and oversee facility office operations and procedures for Xanitos accounts. Perform clerical, administrative, and general office duties involving payroll, employee information management, file maintenance, mail distribution, and telephone reception. Typically, an incumbent will provide clerical services for one or more persons, typically at the middle-management level. This position requires some knowledge about the unit’s operations, organization, and company operating procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrates ability to oversee systems and processes to ensure operational objectives are achieved
  • Support maintenance of the unit’s finances. Activities include: copying check requests and sending to accounts payable expense reports for reimbursements
  • Provide exceptional customer service including timely notification of priorities to Unit Director
  • Administers pre-employment screenings and clearances for hourly staff, and escalates concerning findings to corporate HR
  • Assumes responsibility for all payroll procedures and processing of payroll for hourly staff, and maintains accurate payroll records
  • Assumes responsibility for all benefit enrollment procedures for hourly staff and maintains accurate records
  • Maintains accurate employee files in accordance with established requirements
  • Maintains working knowledge of all systems including payroll, timekeeping and HRIS

  • Assists with incoming mail and interoffice correspondence
  • Establish, develop, maintain and/or update filing system for all of the department accounts
  • Creates and distributes general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, etc.
  • Orders office supplies including human resource required postings, etc.
  • Assists Unit Director with various reports
  • Schedule and organize various activities such as, but not limited to, meetings and travel itineraries
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

We are seeking a Regional Director for out Northeast Region. This position will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Operations.

As a Regional Director you will serve as the primary representative of Xanitos for the Northeast operating division. The incumbent is responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned region through Account Managers to ensure the highest client and customer satisfaction levels and account retention, strong employee relations, achievement of financial goals, and future business growth.
