Player of the Month - Northwest Medical Center

At Northwest Medical Center in Tucson, AZ Katie Bianco was given the award Player of the Month for assisting a distressed visitor. Not only was she recognized by hospital administration but also the visitor for her exemplary work. Congratulations Katie on your quick thinking and ability to confidently assist someone in need!

“There was no one at the information center when I began gasping for air. I walk with a cane and was wobbling uncontrollably ready for a fall. Katie was behind the counter emptying the trash and sized up the situation. She immediately came forward and helped me into a wheelchair with a big smile and helped me get to where I needed to be.
